Sheelpa’s Story

Sheelpa Patel is a tenured professional with brand, marketing, communications and events experience from companies including American Express, MasterCard, Nissan and the International Olympic Committee.

As the former global head of ‘Infiniti Lab’ in Hong Kong, she launched a series of Smart Cities & IOT startup accelerator programmes resulting in business transformation outcomes for the Renault/Nissan Alliance.

She realised the powerful potential to help new businesses to scale through customised advisory and integration with corporates – she founded Mavens & Mavericks (MM) to help others achieve this same winning combination. The business draws on 20 years’ professional experience from across the world, including the USA, China, South East Asia, Australia, the UK and Europe.

 

Led an innovative series of startup programmes and thought leadership events to drive brand, business and cultural transformation for INFINITI Motor Company. Scaled to a global platform following a successful local pilot.

Global brand, marketing and communications responsibilities within the International Card Business. Led B2B and B2C activities which generated brand affinity through a suite of curated brand partnerships and events.
