With over 20 years’ experience, Sheelpa Patel helps ambitious organisations from university spinouts to established corporates to commercialise breakthrough ideas and drive growth. Combines venture-building expertise, international networks and human-guided AI, she works with founders, researchers, investors and government to foster a growth mindset and unlock the ecosystems that catalyse cross-border opportunities. 

Her career highlights include creating Nissan’s INFINITI LAB, one of the world’s first corporate accelerators; serving as first CMO of Oxa, the Oxford University spinout, supporting its $140m Series C; and spearheading SPARK, King’s E-Lab’s Cambridge University incubator. A key contributor to the growth of the OxCam supercluster, Sheelpa aims to build stronger bridges between the OxCam Growth Corridor, India, Hong Kong and South East Asia.
